DENR COC Requirements
1) Prepare a scanned copy of your DTI registration (for sole proprietors) or SEC registration (for corporations).
2) Fill out the Undertaking Form and Application Form.
3) Submit your Barangay Permit.
4) Submit your Locational Clearance.
5) Provide a Site Development Plan, duly signed by a licensed engineer.
6) Provide a Certificate from the Local Government Unit (LGU) confirming no existing gas station within a 1km radius.
7) Submit your Business Permit.
8) Submit your Building Permit.
9) Provide a Cost Estimate for the building.
10) Take photographs of the building from the front, left, and right angles. Additionally, ensure that the appropriate stickers and labels, such as RON, E10, SPECIAL, PREMIUM, and DIESEL markings, are visibly displayed.
11) Submit your DENR-CNC (Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Compliance Certificate).
11) Secure a Fuel Supplier Certificate of Compliance/Agreement. Note that the fuel supplier must be accredited by the DOE.
12) Provide a Calibration Bucket with DOST Certificate.
